01Acceptance of Terms of Use

This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and SyokWin ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the SyokWin platform through our website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated in this document.

These terms apply to all users of the syokwin platform, including visitors browsing the website without an account, registered members actively playing, and any party accessing our content or services through any device or method. Continued use of this platform after any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

02Member Eligibility

To register and use the syokwin platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the date of registration.
• Must be a valid citizen or resident of Malaysia.
• Not listed on any gambling exclusion list or subject to any court order restricting you from participating in gaming activities.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or business entity.
• Have never had a syokwin account frozen or terminated due to a previous terms violation.

03Registration & Account Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on syokwin at any one time. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being frozen without prior notice.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name as per your identification document, active mobile number, valid email address, and bank details for withdrawal purposes. This information will undergo a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before your first withdrawal is processed.

• Your password must be kept confidential at all times.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account.
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
• Update your personal information whenever any changes occur.

04Deposit & Payment Methods

SyokWin accepts deposits via a range of trusted payment methods fully supported for users in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Online Bank Transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum deposit: MYR 10 per transaction.
• All deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account within minutes.
• SyokWin does not charge any additional fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activities within the SyokWin platform.
• Any deposit made using a third-party card or account will be declined and fully refunded.

05Withdrawal of Winnings

Withdrawals at SyokWin are processed within 15 to 30 minutes once the application is approved, subject to the following conditions being met first:

• Account KYC verification has been completed and approved.
• All bonus-related wagering requirements have been fully met.
• There are no active investigations or inquiries into the relevant account.
• The bank account or digital wallet registered must be in the same name as the SyokWin account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30 per transaction. There is no maximum daily withdrawal limit for VIP members who have completed all verification levels. syokwin reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount for compliance purposes.

06Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses offered by SyokWin, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and special promotions, are subject to specific wagering requirements. These requirements must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from those bonuses is permitted.

• Wagering requirements are typically between 15x to 30x total bonus amount received.
• Some games contribute at the full rate (100%) toward wagering requirements, while others contribute only a partial amount.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have a set validity period.
• SyokWin reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there are signs of promotion abuse.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

07General Game Rules

All games available on the SyokWin platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently verified by international auditing bodies. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party.

• All game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round is completed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, the affected round will be voided and the bet returned to your account.
• SyokWin reserves the right to temporarily suspend any game for maintenance purposes without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are stated within the respective game interface.

08Prohibited Activities & Terms Violations

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the syokwin platform and may result in immediate action including account freezing, balance forfeiture, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that manipulates gameplay.
• Exploiting technical errors, system bugs, or platform vulnerabilities for unauthorized gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Abusing the bonus system through wagering strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Sharing or selling your account to any other party.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving rudely toward customer support staff.

09Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your SyokWin account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, ensure all bonus wagering requirements have been met and there are no pending withdrawals. Any valid account balance will be returned to you within 3–5 business days.

SyokWin reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• There is a violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Information provided during registration was found to be false or inaccurate.
• Account linked to fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

10SyokWin Liability Limits

SyokWin shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled system maintenance.
• Losses caused by internet disruption or failure of the user's device.
• Unsatisfactory game outcomes resulting from the inherent randomness of the games.
• Processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.

SyokWin's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

11Data Protection & Privacy

SyokWin collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy. Your personal information is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law or directed by the relevant authorities.

12Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through negotiation first before any legal action is taken.
